Article 1 – Purpose

(1) This license is established to:
a. Ensure that Socnet remains a sport that anyone can play freely, anywhere, without restriction — while its name, identity, and official standards are maintained by socnetglobal.com.
b. Protect the trademark, identity, and integrity of Socnet as developed by socnetglobal.com.
c. Provide clear guidelines for using the Socnet name, logo, and identity in public or commercial contexts, so the sport can grow consistently around the world.

Article 2 – Rights to Play and Share

(1) Anyone — individuals, communities, schools, or organizations — may play, teach, or share the Socnet game freely without special permission.
(2) Socnet may be played in any venue or condition that is safe and appropriate, following the How to Play guide for casual sessions or the Official Rules for formal competition.
(3) The use of the name “Socnet” for community activities, local tournaments, or public facilities is permitted, provided its origin as a sport developed by socnetglobal.com is acknowledged.

Article 3 – Use of Name and Facilities

(1) The Socnet name may be used for public facilities or community purposes as long as it does not create the impression of being an officially certified facility.
(2) Facilities or organizers that wish to use designations such as “Socnet Official Court” or “Socnet Official Tournament” must first obtain approval from socnetglobal.com.

Article 4 – Commercial Activities

(1) Any individual, community, organization, or company may organize Socnet-related activities, including tournaments, events, or public sessions, without special permission, provided that such activities do not claim or imply official endorsement from SocnetGlobal.
(2) The following activities require registration or partnership through the Socnet Official program:
a. Events, products, or facilities using designations such as “Socnet Official Tournament,” “Socnet Certified Event,” “Socnet Official Court,” or similar terms.
b. National or international competitions promoted under the Socnet name as a primary brand.
c. Programs or collaborations that present themselves as officially affiliated or endorsed by SocnetGlobal.
(3) This program exists to provide a clear path for formal recognition at the professional or global level while ensuring that community growth and open participation remain fully unrestricted.

Article 5 – Rights and Amendments

(1) The holder of the Socnet brand reserves the right to update or amend this license to support the global development of the sport.
(2) Any revisions will be officially announced through socnetglobal.com and take effect on the date of publication.

Article 6 – Final Provisions

(1) This license exists to support the open and inclusive growth of Socnet worldwide.
(2) The Socnet Open Play License is part of a Global Trial Phase and may be adjusted as the sport evolves through community feedback and field testing.
